As it was mentioned before, the choice of a profile influences on the quality of the result video and its size. As a rule, the higher the quality, the more the size of the video. Each format and device has its own profile. Besides, all the profiles are divided into groups according to their subject, in order to make the choice easier.
The things you have to do to choose a profile:

1) choose a device you are going to create a video for; |

2) choose one of the formats supported by your player; |
|
3) choose a group of profiles; |
4) choose a profile what you would like to use for video conversion
When the profile has already been chosen, in the window "Parameters" you will see the parameters of the result video (but only in that case, if at least one of the files is added in video convert
