If you have a rewrite compact disc with data on it, you can push the "Erase" button to clean it. In the opened dialog box you can choose the required parameters of erasing. |
Two modes of erasing are available:
1) Quick erasing – in such a mode it takes about from 2 till 5 minutes to clean the disc; but it is necessary to take into consideration that the deleted data can be regenerated with the help of the software.
2) Full erasing – using this mode, it takes about 25 minutes to clean a simple standard disc; what about the data, they are lost without a possibility to be restored.
In the lower part of the program there is a scale that shows you the size of the disc, the volume of recorded information, and also in the writing process you can see the scale of recorded information.
